The purpose of this publication is to help training presenters, psychologists, and teachers (both beginners and experienced) more effectively use in their work the opportunities provided by various types of narratives used in teaching, as well as stimulate the search for new stories. The book consists of two chapters, a bonus, a dictionary and a bibliography. The first chapter examines basic concepts (“narrative”, “story”, “metaphor” and others), explains the role and significance of stories in the learning process, and provides recommendations for their use in specific conditions. The second chapter presents a selection of 111 tales, varied in style and content. Most of them were repeatedly and successfully used by the author in pedagogical (including training) practice. In addition, the information contained in them concisely characterizes any psychological phenomenon or element of behavior in a vivid, accessible and memorable form. The book is intended for trainers, psychologists, teachers, managers, for everyone who, by the nature of their activities, is associated with training, as well as the development and implementation of educational programs.
