There are small, ordinary sprats, and there are large ones, as big as the palm of your hand. They began to put large pieces into their mouths and tried to chew everything. When we chewed for a long time, we realized that large sprats do not have a characteristic smoky smell. Probably, large thick sprats in conventional technology could not be as well saturated with smoke as small ones. The wife spat out a large sprat on the floor with the words: “What disgusting,” and the gray British cat Tyufik stole it. I concentrated and chewed everything to the end, but I won’t say that this process brought me pleasure. Now I never buy large sprats, but only small ones.
