The book includes two programmatic texts by the great French mystics: “The Indian Mission in Europe” by Saint-Yves d'Alveidre and “The King of the World” by René Guenon, and d'Alveidre's work is published for the first time since 1915. Both works address the sacred geography of Shambhala and Agartha, mystical countries in the heart of Asia. One can argue and disagree with the teachings of these oracles of Tibetan philosophy, but they have left a noticeable mark on world culture, their names are included in academic dictionaries, books and articles have been published in all languages of the world. Guenon and d'Alveidre founded the school that laid the foundation for such terrible phenomena of the 20th century as Nazism and the dictatorship of the proletariat.
