This publication is devoted to a wide range of problems of macroeconomic theories and real economic practice of their application, and also an attempt is made to correlate macroeconomic theories with each other and build a historical sequence of their application. Using the example of the crisis of 1979-1982 in the United States, the transition from Keynesian to neo-Keynesian macroeconomics is shown regulation. The work also touches on a number of related issues. An attempt has been made to outline approaches to the construction of a hierarchical theory of flows and stocks and a theory of hierarchical risks. The author pays special attention to the financial architecture of the USA, France, Great Britain and Hong Kong, trying to resolve the question of which architecture of the issuing center is more effective - state or based on private interests.
