Shvabsky V.L. In the name of Pushkin into battle. - M., Senate-Press, 2016, 388 pp.
The book consists of two parts: the first part is dedicated to the liberation and demining in July 1944 of places that are sacred to us, the Pushkin Nature Reserve and the grave of A.S. Pushkin . The author, based on research and archival documents, consistently covers the events of those ancient and close days, shows the inconsistency of some myths and fables associated with the name of the poet; the second part is dedicated to the winged monument to the poet: the Alexander Pushkin airplane, the history of its creation and its military journey. Among the photographs in the book there are rare, little-known and first-published portraits, facsimiles of wartime newspapers. The book is intended for people interested in Pushkin topics.
