The idea for the stories about Meridea was the medieval legend “Robert the Devil,” the legend of a knight who became famous for his vices and then embarked on the path of good deeds. It all begins in a city, huge by the standards of the Middle Ages, among poor shopkeepers and successful businessmen, aristocrats and vagabonds, knights and warriors of ordinary rank, astrologers and alchemists, righteous people and demons... And war comes to this city, changing the life of the main character, Margarita, and her views and feelings. The illustrations and cover of the book were made by the author. Contains obscene language.
