The events of the novel by Danil Koretsky, in which “youth” teams, “brigades”, groups, communities of “thieves in law” are active, take place in 1995. At the center of the story is the attempt of a number of politicians closely associated with organized crime to disrupt negotiations that affect their economic interests between two CIS countries, the guarantor of which is the President of Russia, who is the main target for the hired killer.
