The general technique in literature that has adopted the discoveries of postmodernism lies on the surface. And yet, each superposition of myth on everyday life, eternal on the momentary, gives a new light to the surrounding reality. Alexey Andreev worked for many years as a satirical writer, and the story of the siege of the widowed Elena in the estate inherited from her husband, the tycoon Troyanovsky, takes on the features of a sarcastic monologue. But for the current humorous stage there is a lot of anger and social generalizations in it.
