The story tells about the amazing adventures of a tourist named Angel. He unexpectedly finds himself in the city of Novouryupinsk, not marked on the map, with a very peculiar way of life, from where for some reason it is impossible to get out or leave. Blind deputies work in the city parliament, following the instructions of the mythical director of the computer center, whom none of the residents have ever seen. And none of the city residents have seen this computer center or even know where it is. Residents learn all the news only from local radio reports... The story is written in the genre of grotesque realism.
