We all dream of meeting that one person who can love the entire cosmos we have imagined: habits, preferences and dreams along with us to boot. Where the idea comes from that someone will love all our shortcomings is unclear, however, we don’t want to change, and it’s difficult: we love as much as we can, we are looking for a soul mate destined from above, but we leave much less room for it in our world than for ourselves for our beloved. We make plans, dream of a future in which we ourselves are the center of the personal Universe, but we do not want to depend in any way on anyone else’s preferences and desires. Can we be happy in the grip of such circumstances? Sometimes yes, more often no. Nevertheless, life goes on. Contains obscene language.

Ця книга стала для мене справжнім відкриттям. Автор майстерно порушує складні теми, пов'язані з пошуками справжньої любові та прийняття себе. Вона змушує задуматися над тим, чому ми часто ставимо себе на перше місце, забуваючи про потреби та бажання інших. Кожен розділ наповнений емоціями, які викликають співчуття та розуміння, адже всі ми прагнемо знайти ту саму "половинку", яка прийме нас такими, якими ми є, з усіма нашими недоліками. Однак книга також нагадує, що справжнє щастя починається з нас самих, і що ми не можемо чекати, поки хтось інший заповнить наш внутрішній космос. Я рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто шукає глибокі роздуми про любов, стосунки та самоприйняття. Вона залишає після себе багато питань і спонукає до роздумів про власне життя та стосунки з іншими.
