After a fight with pirates, the long-range penetrator "Argo" ended up in an unknown place. There is little hope of returning home; the ship is damaged and there is no fuel. Fortunately for the crew, an inhabited planet was found in the system of a nearby star, and the captain of the ship, Talia Lugovaya, sent an expedition to it. Aliens from afar were unaware that on this planet there had been a war for several centuries between two civilizations - the descendants of earthly colonists, the Letians, and the local inhabitants, the Gorevans. They had to go through the fields of someone else's war. And even the Chain Dogs of Ross, before whom the warring civilizations trembled in horror, were unable to stop the brave “Argonauts.”

Ця книга не лише про космічні битви, а й про вибір, жертви та справжню дружбу. Рекомендую всім, хто любить епічні пригоди та складні моральні дилеми!
