"Puphejmo: Dramo en tri aktoj" is an outstanding work by the Norwegian playwright Henrik Ibsen, which he worked on from 1889 to 1890. In this play, the author reveals the deep psychological conflicts that arise in the family of the main character, Torvald Helmer, and his wife Nora. The main theme of the work is the search for one's own self, liberation from social and cultural restrictions, and self-realization.
The action takes place in a small town, where Nora keeps a secret about an important financial act that she did without her husband's knowledge. This secret causes serious problems in family relationships, forcing the heroine to rethink her values and make an important choice between her own happiness and social status.
