A manual is collection of lectures on-course anaesthesiology and реаниматологии for interns. It is made the teachers of department to the anaesthesiology and реаниматологии of МГМСУ and includes three parts, each of that has the subjects.The first part is sanctified to the general questions of pathology, relating to the different nosology forms. A few lectures in this division contain description widely applied in to the anaesthesiology and реаниматологии of curative methodologies. In the second part lectures are collected about the conduct of anaesthesia and postoperative period for patients, suffering diseases over that pathology that was cause for surgical interference. In the third division of book paid attention to conduct of периоперационного period for patients in the different areas of surgery (thoracal, abdominal, in obstetrics of and other).This edition it is called to help interns to get a "starting" idea about the important divisions of anaesthetizing and rehabilitation of patients insufficient attention is spared that in textbooks, to improve mastering the interns of lecture course and prepare them to more effective work on the speciality.
