Книга містить цінні поради та психотехніки, які допомагають покращити психологічний стан та підвищити результативність у грі. Я особисто відчула позитивний вплив цих методів на мою шахову практику. Не вражає
Як любитель шахів та психології, я сподівався на більше від цієї книги. Хоча автор має великий досвід у цих галузях, але виклад матеріалу мене не вразив. Деякі поради та психотехніки здавалися мені занадто загальними та вже відомими. Я сподівався на більше оригінальних підходів та глибини в розгляді психології шахів. Хоча ця книга може бути корисною для початківців, для мене вона залишилася дещо поверховою. Але, можливо, вона знайде своїх шанувальників серед інших читачів.
