The fifth volume of "Qigong: Stillness in Motion and Movement in Stillness" consists of four appendices, each of which supplements one of the previous volumes.

Appendix to volume I. Here we are talking about Heavenly Stems and Earthly branches, as well as about miraculous vessels and important acupuncture points.

Appendix to volume II. Additional "variations on a theme" of some of the practices described in the second volume are given.

Appendix to volume III. It says that healing Qi-Gong can be made from almost anything and that martial arts can suddenly become "medicine".

Appendix to Volume IV. The fourth volume is a “fairy tale”, and only a “fairy tale” can be an appendix to it, in which the same characters act: the Philosopher, the Healer and the Mentor.

For all those interested in self-improvement and improving health, as well as the ancient the spiritual culture of China, more precisely, not even China, but the East.
