“The New Eloise, or Letters from Two Lovers” is the most famous novel by the French thinker and prose writer Jean-Jacque Rousseau (French Jean-Jacque Rousseau, 1712-1778). *** This is a sentimental story in the love letters of the beautiful Julie d'Etange to her teacher Saint Preux. World fame to the author was brought by the works “Discourse on the beginning and foundation of inequality between people, Composed by Mr. J. J. Rousseau”, “Russian letters about botany”, “Seven letters to different people about education”, “Philosophical solitary walks of Jean Jacques Rousseau, or His Last Confession, Written by Himself”, “Man, Be Human”, “The Social Contract”, the play “Pygmalion” and the poem “Fortune, de qui la main couronne”. Jean-Jacques Rousseau became famous as an outstanding figure of the Enlightenment and a man of broad outlook. His writings on philosophy, botany and music are deeply appreciated by his contemporaries in France and throughout the world.

The text of the book was translated from the original language using an artificial intelligence program. For the most part, the translation of the text is of very high quality, but in some cases, due to the imperfection of the technology, there may be incorrect phrase translations in the text, as well as single words and expressions may not be translated.
