Erwin Schrödinger (1887–1961) was an Austrian theoretical physicist, one of the founders of quantum mechanics, a Nobel Prize winner in physics. The collection includes the work "What is life?", in which Schrodinger considers the phenomenon of life from the point of view of standard physical laws, his famous lecture "Consciousness and Matter" and autobiographical notes.
