All of them are now kept in concentration camps, depriving them of their freedom, familiar life and individuality.Ruby spent six long years in the camp, but in the end she managed to escape. Книга "Темні відбиття. Немеркнучий" вражає своєю глибиною та емоційною напругою. Автор створив похмуру, але неймовірно захоплюючу атмосферу, в якій читач відчуває всю тяжкість життя у концтаборі та жахи, з якими стикаються герої. Рубай, як головна героїня, стає символом надії та сили, адже її боротьба за свободу та пошук місця, де вона може бути собою, резонує з багатьма читачами. Книга порушує важливі питання про жертви, які ми готові принести заради свободи, і про те, що справжня сила полягає не лише в фізичних здібностях, а й у здатності зберігати людяність у найскладніших умовах. Незважаючи на деякі недоліки в перекладі, які незначно впливають на сприйняття тексту, я вважаю, що ця книга варта уваги. Вона залишає глибокий слід у душі та спонукає до роздумів про цінність свободи та індивідуальності.
