The book contains memories of childhood and study in my small homeland, in the city of Dankov, and further studies at the Moscow Peat Institute with the transition to the newly formed in 1949 group of hydraulic engineers-hydromechanizers of earthworks, in connection with the unfolding construction of large HPS.
