“Maktub” is a book that has absorbed priceless fragments from the treasury of world wisdom. Short stories, borrowed by the author from various sources and cultures, were born in collaboration with the newspaper Folha de São Paulo. Coelho selected stories written between June 1993 and June 1994 and brought to the attention of readers around the world the book "Maktub" - a colorful illustration of the mosaic canvas of the world's oral traditions.
