Автори дійсно намагаються заповнити прогалину в методологічній підготовці, пропонуючи чіткі та структуровані матеріали, які допомагають зрозуміти основи організаційної психології. Незважаючи на те, що текст був перекладений з використанням штучного інтелекту, що призвело до деяких недоліків у формулюваннях, загальна якість перекладу вражає. Багато концепцій пояснені доступно, а приклади з практики роблять матеріал ще більш зрозумілим. Ця книга стане незамінним інструментом для тих, хто прагне стати професіоналом у цій галузі, і я б рекомендував її всім, хто навчається або працює в організаційній психології.
