A collection of oral teachings on Zen and Budo, transmitted by master Kaisen over twenty years. At the request of his master Taisen Deshimaru, as well as the Chinese masters Hsu-Tah (Hsu-Tah) and Xuen-Nong (Hsueng -Nong), Kaisen began to transmit the practice of meditation and martial arts in Europe. His task was to return the lost essence of Budo practice - zazen. By analogy with the term “Buddadharma” (“Teachings of the Buddha”), Kaisen developed the term “Buddharma” - “Teachings of Budo”, the ultimate essence of which is to stop fighting and surrender to the cosmic order.Master Kaisen was born in 1952 in France. At the age of 9, he began to practice sambo and jiu-jitsu. In 1972, wanting to deepen his understanding of martial arts, he hitchhiked to China and reached a small Taoist temple in the mountains of Henan province, where he studied kung fu and Chinese medicine. From 1975, Kaisen taught martial arts teachers of karate, kung fu, iaido and aikido, while studying the path of Zen under master Taisen Deshimaru, from whom he received the monastic name Sando Kaisen. In 1994, he stopped practicing martial arts and focused entirely on teaching the way of Zen. He and his students founded many Zen centers in France, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Russia. Now Master Kaisen is the abbot of a Zen monastery in France, where he gives teachings to monks, nuns and lay people. The publisher's layout has been saved in PDF A4 format.
