Надзвичайно корисна книга для всіх, хто опинився в "сендвіч-поколінні"
Книга Світлани Комиссарук "Покоління 'сендвіч'" стала для мене справжнім відкриттям. Вона глибоко досліджує складнощі, з якими стикаються люди віком 45-60 років, які намагаються знайти баланс між підтримкою своїх дітей та батьків. Автор пропонує не лише теоретичні знання, а й практичні поради, які дійсно допомагають зрозуміти, як спілкуватися з обома поколіннями, поважати їх автономію та при цьому не забувати про власні потреби. Я була вражена, наскільки чітко і доступно викладені ідеї, які можуть змінити ставлення до родинних стосунків. Книга має чудовий дизайн, що робить її читання ще приємнішим. Хоча іноді зустрічаються не зовсім коректні переклади, це не заважає загальному сприйняттю матеріалу. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто прагне покращити свої стосунки в родині та навчитися піклуватися про себе
