Я був вражений, як чотири першоелементи - Вогонь, Вода, Земля та Повітря - можуть впливати на наше фізичне та духовне здоров'я. Зведення Перуна, як основа системи, дійсно допомогло мені відчути гармонію з природою та покращити своє самопочуття.
