A climate changes on our planet, thus very intensively. Will not argue already with it. The number of natural catastrophes grows, and these changes touch every tellurian, depriving his possibilities to occupy comfortable position of strange observer. And that is why a task to understand reasons of what be going on is as never actual: in fact if to set mechanisms, qualificatory behavior of the climatic system Earth, we will be able to forecast future changes of climate, and in course of time and to direct them in the desired river-bed.
