The main problem of the book is the crisis of modern intelligence. The main provisions of game theory, the theory of social systems, the theory of conflicts are taken as a methodological basis. At the same time, intelligence is considered for the first time as a specific social phenomenon and as a social structure capable of self-reflection and self-reproduction. An attempt was made to determine the causes of the intelligence crisis from the standpoint of the loss of a clear enemy and hybrid warfare.
