Determination of philosophy as sciences is given in a book. An author in an accessible form shows the distinguishing features of western and east philosophy, basic stages of her development. The special attention is spared to distinctions in functioning right and left parencephalons. In a book intercommunication of work of large parencephalons is also examined with perception of the world picture. A role is shown right and left hemispheres in logic of decision of tasks, perception to writing and verbal speech etc. An analysis is conducted mythological, religious and philosophical types of world view.
