A book of the English writer, enthusiastic naturalist Теренса Уайта is translation of medieval manuscript of бестиария, books on animals, with authentic pictures and detailed, at times ironical comments of descriptions of the real and invented creatures. Latin text, comparing character of different beasts with human lines, is complemented by the recital of origin of бестиария in oral and about subsequent him authorized censuses.
