Я була вражена їхнім підходом до мистецтва як засобу терапії, і це змусило мене замислитися про власні творчі здібності. Друга частина книги з трансформаційними арт-завданнями — це справжній скарб для тих, хто хоче зануритися у світ самопізнання через творчість. Незважаючи на деякі недоліки в перекладі, які не заважають загальному сприйняттю, книга залишається дуже цінною.
