The Science of Victory is a book by the great Russian commander and military theorist Alexander Vasilyevich Suvorov (1730-1800). *** These are concise theses, written in the form of tactical advice for army commanders and rank and file of the armed forces of the 18th century. Another well-known work of the author is “Military-strategic notes”, where A. V. Suvorov recommends the use of diverse installations during the battle. The military policy of Alexander Vasilievich Suvorov, Generalissimo of the land and sea forces of the empire, is considered an example of the militaristic greatness of his time.
