Everything that we describe here is the result of a rethinking of the legacy of a number of scientists of the 20th century. This is an attempt to remind today's researchers about obscure phenomena that have not been fully studied. The monograph contains little-known data about the nature of the human psyche, about the ability of the brain to influence the higher dimensions of space-time. The problem of high-speed movement is considered, without solving which humanity on Earth is doomed to remain on it, deprived of the opportunity to explore the space of the Universe. Instructions are given for creating installations designed to test the stated provisions.
