Jorge Luis Borges is one of the most famous writers of the twentieth century, who largely determined the shape of modern literature. Borges's texts, be they fiction, poetry or reflections, are a kind of intellectual game - they are full of secrets and fantastic images, the origins of which should be sought in the literatures and cultures of the past. This edition includes three books by Borges: collections of lectures "Thinking Out Loud" and “Seven Evenings”, which raise the most important topics for the author (“Book”, “Time”, “Poetry”, “Blindness”, etc.), as well as “Nine Essays on Dante” - a collection of texts presenting a new perspective on the story of love and creativity of the great Italian poet of the Renaissance.
