The book consists of separate independent essays, united by a cross-cutting theme. The main idea of the book is that culturally constructed images of “man” and “woman” are gradually being destroyed. This leads to dramatic conflicts, especially painful in countries where patriarchal traditions are strong. The book uses examples from both world and Azerbaijani culture. The book is intended for a wide range of readers, both women and men. The book was published in three volumes. The first book included sections from 1 to 5. The second book includes 15 opuses that make up the 6th section, and the third - “Diary and author’s appendices.
