The publication was prepared by the Central City Library of the Karabash City District based on the materials of the People's Volunteer Memory Project “Field Post - Southern Urals” (letters from the front 1941-1945), dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The book includes 48 letters transmitted by the city museum, the archive department of the administration and residents of the Karabash urban district. Each letter is presented in the form of scanned and retyped letters with the original punctuation and spelling preserved. The publication is equipped with a name index with letter numbering.
