Книга "Королівський викуп. Капкан для хрестоносця" занурює читача в захоплюючий світ середньовічних інтриг, битв і політичних маневрів. Автор майстерно відтворює атмосферу Третього хрестового походу, показуючи не лише героїзм Річарда Левине Серце, але й підступність його ворогів, зокрема принца Джона та Пилипа Французького. Сюжет наповнений несподіваними поворотами, що тримають у напрузі до останньої сторінки. Особливо вразила карта, що додається до книги, адже вона допомагає краще уявити подорож короля та його випробування. Переклад, хоча й має деякі недоліки, все ж передає дух оригіналу, а емоції персонажів відчуваються на кожній сторінці. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто любить історичні романи з елементами пригод і драми!
