To remedy the situation, chemistry teacher Giuseppe Alonci created his own YouTube channel, from which this book was born. In seven simple lessons, the author explains on his fingers how familiar phenomena work, from cooking to alternative energy sources, from decorative cosmetics to medicine and pharmacology. Alonci's goal is to popularize science, increase interest in chemistry and awareness of the structure of the surrounding world.
