On Earth-n, which carries a fragment of the Russian Host, the first open conflict occurs between the Official Service and the Fremen. An “anonymous war” has been going on in four portals for two years now, which the local population does not know about. The war in the portals is just a small episode of the global experiment of the Official Service, which the Fremen are trying to prevent. So what happened?
