TiHKAL is a book written by Alexander Shulgin and Ann Shulgina in 1997 that explores psychedelic tryptamines. It is a sequel to the 1991 book PiHKAL. The full title of the book is “Tryptamines I Have Known And Loved: The Continuation.” The book consists of two parts. As in PiHKAL, the first part of the book is autobiographical in nature, and the second provides a detailed description of the synthesis of more than fifty psychedelic substances of the tryptamine series (most of them were first synthesized by Shulgin personally), as well as dosages, a description of effects and other comments. This electronic version contains only the first, artistic part.
