The book includes two novels by the famous writer, film playwright, master of domestic detective E. Khrutsky - “Proceed with liquidation” and “Fourth Echelon”, dedicated to the work of the Moscow police during the Great Patriotic War. On the pages of the work, we again meet characters we know and love: Ivan Aleksandrovich Danilov, head of the department for combating banditry of the Moscow Criminal Investigation Department, and his colleagues, we rejoice at their successes, and mourn their losses. A number of detective books by E. Khrutsky have been filmed, and the writer also acted as a script writer. Popular films have been produced based on his scripts, including “Proceed with Liquidation.”
