The second volume of the work of the famous Polish historian, as well as the governor of the kingdom of Galicia and Lodomeria as part of Austria-Hungary, is devoted to the presentation of events after the third partition of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth until the restoration of the Polish state in 1918? and the establishment of borders in 1923. Analyzing archival documents, critically comprehending numerous works of other scientists and, in addition, based on his own experience of political activity, the author impartially presents historical facts, making it possible to understand the deep processes that were taking place at that time not only in Poland, but throughout Europe, and also understand the reasons for many of today's events. The publishing layout of the book is saved in PDF A4 format.

Автор, будучи видатним істориком та політичним діячем, майстерно поєднує архівні документи з власними спостереженнями, що дозволяє читачеві глибше зрозуміти складні процеси, які відбувалися в Польщі після третього поділу Речі Посполитої. Книга не лише висвітлює події, але й аналізує їхні наслідки, що робить її надзвичайно актуальною для сучасного читача. Хоча переклад тексту іноді має незначні недоліки, загальна якість видання вражає. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто прагне глибше зрозуміти історію Польщі та її роль у європейському контексті.
