Great Berendeyev forest. In the very wilderness, Berendey himself, a great magician and magician, lives as a hermit. Few people see him. But other inhabitants of the forest always find themselves in some kind of stories and adventures. The kikimora Kiki lives in the swamp; Vodyanoy and his daughters Geisa, Veisa and Leisa command the river.
