"The Rogue Kugel" is an adventure story about the deceiver and thief Kugel, a very dubious hero of his decadent, dying world. Caught red-handed by a wizard whose estate he was robbing, Kugel is forced to obtain some rarities for the owner of the estate in order to atone for his guilt.

Захоплююча подорож у світ пригод і обману!
Книга "Сказання вмираючої Землі. Том II" з новелою "Пройдисвіт Кугель" вразила мене своїм оригінальним сюжетом та непередбачуваними поворотами. Головний герой, Кугель, є яскравим прикладом персонажа, який викликає одночасно симпатію і неприязнь. Його хитрість і винахідливість роблять його неймовірно цікавим, а пригоди, в які він потрапляє, тримають у напрузі до останньої сторінки. Хоча текст книги перекладено з використанням штучного інтелекту, що іноді призводить до незначних недоліків у формулюваннях, загальна якість перекладу залишається на високому рівні. Це не заважає насолоджуватися чудовою атмосферою занепадного світу, де кожен крок Кугеля може стати останнім. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто любить пригодницькі історії з елементами фентезі та дотепного гумору!
