Автор майстерно поєднує динамічний сюжет з глибокими філософськими питаннями про людство та його місце у всесвіті. Жорстока війна, що розгортається між кіборгами та людьми, змушує задуматися про майбутнє нашої цивілізації. Персонажі, зокрема Верховний головнокомандувач Джеймс Готорн та Мартен Клюге, стали ще більш глибокими та багатогранними, а їхні рішення та вчинки викликають справжні емоції. Хоча переклад має деякі недоліки, це не заважає насолоджуватися захоплюючими битвами та інтригами. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто любить епічні космічні пригоди та складні моральні вибори!
