"New Organon, or Correct Hints for the Interpretation of Nature" is the famous work of the English philosopher and researcher Francis Bacon. In his work, the author expresses his ideas about the methods of learning about nature and the derivation of general laws of nature. Bacon develops the concept of induction, which consists in making observations on specific phenomena in order to deduce general rules.
In his book, Bacon questions traditional methods of thinking and proves the need for a new one designed to change the way of approaching the study of nature. He calls for careful research, systematicity in gathering facts and drawing generalizations.
"The New Organon, or Correct Hints for the Interpretation of Nature" remains an important source for anyone interested in the development of scientific thought and the methodology of scientific inquiry."
