Nuclear war has brought humanity to the brink of complete destruction. The main character, a slob in life, miraculously remains alive and, with the same “lucky ones,” takes part in the last battles between the survivors. He understands that he will not last long and will soon die in this senseless battle. But fate decreed otherwise. After an unsuccessful attempt to save a colleague, he begins to see those he shouldn't... and most importantly, they turn their attention to him too.
