Many years ago, as a result of a disaster caused by a failed scientific experiment, huge exclusion zones arose on Russian territory. They were separated from the Outside World by almost impenetrable energy Barriers. There is nothing alive left behind the Barriers, but the nightmarish creations of Technos are thriving and rapidly developing. And only the powerful Barrier Army resists the onslaught of man-made monsters. But there are always people who are ready to endure some deadly dirty trick from behind the Barriers for the sake of profit. One of these people is Stanislav Radic, a talented scientist, international terrorist and protege of criminal corporations. For what purpose Radic penetrates the perimeter of one of the Barriers is unknown, but one thing is clear - he will not bring anything good to humanity from there.
