The title includes the surnames of two characters from the famous play “The Forest” by Ostrovsky. In the play, theater and reality, the acted and the real, are intertwined in the most absurd way. Two actors, a tragedian and a comedian, are sometimes themselves, sometimes turning into one of their images. There is a lot of absurdity in the play. For example, they bring to them a former Central Committee employee who has gone crazy and knows where the party gold is buried. But he is ready to share this information only personally with the leaders of the party. Therefore, in order to help the special services, the actors have to portray Stalin and Voroshilov... And in the second part of the play, our heroes perform on the regional stage in the roles of Don Juan and Leporello...
