At the beginning of the 17th century, Russia was dying. Troubles, a mess of civil wars, the entire system of state power collapsed, cities and regions were divided among themselves by the interventionists. It was not only military exploits that saved the country. The Russian people managed to overcome the political contradictions that tore them apart, unite, and became invincible. This unity made it possible to repel all enemies, quickly overcome the consequences of a grandiose catastrophe, and once again bring Russia into the ranks of the leading world powers. In past years, the Algorithm publishing house published books by the famous writer Valery Shambarov “For Faith, Tsar and Fatherland” and “The Last Battle of Emperors” about the history of the First World War. In particular, they pay great attention to the Armenian genocide in the Ottoman Empire in 1915. On the centenary of this monstrous tragedy, the publishing house is considering creating a separate book dedicated to this issue.
