Казанцева детально описує роботу томографа, транскраніального стимулятора та дослідження клітин равлика, що дозволяє читачеві глибше зрозуміти, як функціонує наш мозок і як це впливає на нашу поведінку. Книга наповнена цікавими експериментами та фактами, які спонукають до роздумів і обговорень. Хоча є деякі недоліки в перекладі, загалом текст читається легко і захоплююче.
