The book is the first in domestic legal science to attempt a deep integral approach to the mechanism of criminal behavior. The author, based on special literature, extensive judicial practice in three regions (1929 statistical records, 488 criminal cases were studied and summarized), traditional and formalized analysis of criminal judicial statistics, selective sociological research of various categories of the population, comprehensively and comprehensively analyzes the mechanism of violence.
